Little Clockwork (Original)

Little Clockwork (http://lbp.me/v/ycx2ve) Hiya, I've just been tootling round the craftworld and happened upon some swimming pool level in the 'cool' pages, I know...i shouldn't have...but I played it. It was bad. I was remorseful. Then I started reading the comments and laughed a bit at the fact the people complaining about this rubbish were, in fact, contributing to it's popularity. But still... I clicked on a random message (bemoaning the fact their level never gets the recognition it deserves.....of course) and thought, 'Ok, random creator comment guy/gal....I'll give you a chance. Impress me....' ....and did they! The level I played was called 'Little Clockwork (Original)' and is by a creator called Patnard. It starts off quietly enough, you have to restart the towns clock (for some arbitrary reason I cant remember) and progresses through some nice platforming with great accompanying music. Then the mood changes.... It gets darker.....and the atmosphere heightens....as do the scares.... i was hooked Anyway, I wanted to recommend this level as it deserves more plays (30 odd at the last count) The production values are high, it has great cinematography and set design, a good plot and some interesting and satisfying platforming sections. I urge anyone who would like to support the little guy (who had a point with his commen)t to give this a go! | 2011-03-02 19:00:00 Author: FourteenInchGaz Posts: 110 |
