By now, many of you have probably played Alic44's excellent sword-slashing platformer level The Knights: The Lost Hero http://lbp.me/v/y89s4h. Well, spiking in the lbp.me Cool Levels List is this - A First Tutorial on Sackbot Attacks: Animations http://lbp.me/v/yc5b34. It's an excellent tutorial that teaches how to program sword combat into lbp. He/She even goes beyond that and gives away the logic chips for free (the depth of the logic being provided is growing as the tutorial gets updated). Eventually, it should not only be player control logic but enemy AI as well. Highly recommended. I'm especially excited, and if you played my Sacknight level, you know why. Combat is coming, and Alic44 just saved me several days of messing around with programming the combat.
