My level got bugged?

So I was adjusting a few emitters in my level and when doing a another Play test run (after publsihing and backing it up, because I thought everything was okay ) Many things went out of whack

Score givers gave a black outline on the numbers and did not add to the score.
Sackbots with "Copy Owner" setting doesn't work and leaves me with the default sackbot skin

I found a workaround on the scoregivers and changed their settings from "Just You" to "Friends" However doing that causes a problem with a certain logic in a certain area. (I confirmed changing the score giver was the problem when doing tests from the backup) . This logic is a tag sensor (That matches to a tag the sackbot holds) that turns on a different tag and a holographic follower has a tag sensor that senses this tag and triggers this emitter. However in a certain part of my level this emitter for this kind of logic only works when the sackbot is in the front layer. I've checked all the settings and watched it in play mode, and it just doesn't work if i have the score givers set to friends.

Is anyone else having this kind of problem with score givers? Is there a topic about this at that get satisfaction things (I keep forgetting about this. I really need to get informed about this and sign up for it!) Or is this that 160 hour bug I keep hearing about?

As you using copy owner i assume you using sackbots as player actors. did you try to tigger score by placing in sackbot tag sensor connected to activate microchip with battery and battery pluged to score giver outside? It should give points to owner of sackbot2011-02-28 18:39:00

Indeed. Very odd indeed! I'm not sure what's going on, but from my nerstanding, it would just be best to copy over the logic from your sackbot if they're is any onto a new one. Sometimes this happens with action recording. ( To be specific, it doesn't display the record button, even when placed and unpaused.) as for the score givers, why don't you just add new ones. I know it sounds like what I just mentioned for the sackbot issue, but it usually works for me. Your probobly more logic based than I am, so it's completely up to you what to do. Well some more strange things happened yesterday when i started it up, I tried play mode 1st (which means I did nothing to the level) and the copy owner setting started working again, even on the published level i put up the night before. Except I had some emitted sackbots set to the players, Player 1,2,3,4 settings and those don't work (But i never tried this with more than 1 player so i don't know if it was working in the first place)

The emitter problem in that certain area still happens. But that score giver problem and how it happened still makes no sense. So you know the score giver works with a tag sensor that the sackbot holds the matching tag. But as I said I did absolulty no changes to it, not even anything remotly related to it and it starts failing when i change a different part of the level. I saw a couple days back Nichrom_Dragons' Sonic levels suffered the same fate, because his level did the same thing after a recent republish.

I haven't tried saving it or altering my level for fear of doing more strange things to it :eek:
