This would we well and truly good for people who accidentally write things for a long time, and hide some posts that are irrelevant to their friends and the community. I would find it very helpful, instead of informing people about duplicate posting and other things. Or remove the deleted posts, instead of the post saying 'this post has been removed by ...' Would really appreciate it as an update to the site, as u currently have a deleted message that still says it has been removed,

I don't quite understand. If posts have been deleted, they should already be hidden. Can you provide an example to the contrary?

Is there a settings for hiding deleted message posts? There should be like a recent activity section which can show your last actions and messages posted, maybe recall them when they were deleted because you accidentally deleted them, or made some mistakes. It would be helpful. I now realized about the drafting features that were possible in case people were unsure if it were to be confirmed. I'd like to know if there is any settings that allows complete hiding of the deleted messages, because I have messages that have been deleted and still appear as a deleted message by my username. Sorry if I wasted your time. I'm just wondering.

I can see deleted posts in private forums. Can't see them anywhere else though. I doubt that's what the OP is talking about though. It's very unlikely to have access to any private forums if he's only joined very recently.

Posts you delete are visible to you, but invisible to everyone else (but mods/ admins of course.)

I have this message when i go to my visitor messages page. i would like that this message that i deleted to be invisible. is it available in the settings? There's no setting to hide those - I guess the idea is if it didn't show, there'd be no way for you to undelete it later should you change your mind. For the sorts of things you're posting, you should probably be using the blog feature anyway.
