I have been building my first versus level and for some reason, the only active player is player one. The other players are X'd out. Anyone know what is happening that would disable other players?

Can you give more information about your level? How it works, etc. For example, does it use controlinators? Remote controlinators? Or something else?

First section is the menu and it uses a direct controlinator. Then teleport to arena and it uses remote controlinator. finally once the game ends, teh teleporter then transports you to score board.

It sounds to me that perhaps the additional players aren't given enough time to load into the level before Player 1 gets zapped into the first controlinator. Try adding a 5 second delay before that initial controlinator activates, and see if that helps. That is the only thing I can suggest without knowing the precise setup.

Okay thanks, I will try that. How would I go aabout adding a 5 sec delay? Also I would just like to add that any support I get will be added to the credits.

Are you testing it with local multiplayer or online? If it's local and the game tries to spawn them from an offscreen checkpoint, they'll just stay X'd. If it's online where players have their own screens, they'll spawn fine.

Is there any way around the local multiplayer spawn bug? Because I would like to know that others could play mult on same tv.

It's not a bug: it's just how the game works. If you want the game to work locally, you'll need to limit the checkpoints so that they're close enough to each other to all be onscreen at once or you'll need to zoom the camera out far enough to see 'em all.
