*edit: i only have access to online at weekends, usually friday to monday,so i might not be able to reply right away*

the sequel to my lbp1 level that nobody asked for. theres not much of a plot here but im hoping to take you to a dark and atmospheric place, its quite a long level and there are a plethora of easter eggs, its also split into 2 parts, being my first lbp2 level it was the first time i really experimented with lbp2 logic,so the second part is abit more complex. abit.
iv tested it alot by myself but not sure how the level plays with 2+ players, please let me know if you find any bugs or if you found any easter eggs its pretty much just basic platforming, also ill be happy to leave feedback on any of your levels. heres some pics of meat factory 2

can you post your feedback in my thread and not my levels please, thanks

edit: please ignore the decoration and light glitches that pop up through the level, nothing i can do about them
edit: found out why lbp.me link didnt show...i had my settings on private. derp

Really good to see this finally finished and published! Part 2 especially was a blast, lots of great set pieces there and it all looks fantastic as always.
Main problem could be the difficulty, a lot of players will get stuck. What I propose is to have a 'hint' magic mouth activate if they've been in the same area too long, but this isn't really an option at the start lol.
Edit: Try messing around in thread tools, you can probably stick the lbp.me link in there somewhere

Ahoy there!

Just played your level, and I gotta say, man, You're into details! Are you using a thermo cheat? And there lies the problem as well: It's at times too detailed.
More than once I found myself wondering where I was going. The cameras also may need a little tuning as I often ended up behind something and at an angle that made it kinda difficult to figure out what layer I was in and vice versa.

Other than that, I must say that it was a long and enjoyable experience with plenty of disturbing eye candy!

thank you, discosmurf! no im not using the thermo glitch,i dont trust that. strangley i used less therm than my lbp1 levels, well not having to build logic helps.i did want it to at times branch off to seem like there are mulitple paths, but it is still very linear,i also wanted some parts to be tricky and i wanted people to have to work out some parts without me guiding them, like the at the very beginingwhich parts did you get confused at though?

thanks ptdragon i will queue and review your levels when iv played them

at first i thought it was just a troll level to fake a good level. (just because of the "umad?" don't do that. as well show a game over screen. dunno something what makes the player know - ohhh there is a way to win? let me see

you should at least include in the description that there is allways a way to get out of the situations. something what prevents player to think you made a bug or this kinds.

i think i needed 15 minutes just to figure out how to get further in the level between the two red lights in the water and the chain plattforms. i don't knew that i was able to go the layer the front layer. it was way to dark to see that. so i tryed to get up everywhere i even found a secret pipe to go throuth downstairs at the beginning left where the other red light is if you jump high enogh... lol

(you are btw able to go out of the elevator without a full open door so you cant hardly get back in through the window (where the one is with the " i didnt made it " )

glue all your checkpoints when they are not supposed to rotate, i hit one with the creatinator and it was kinda falling on the rotating fire thing

fighting the boss was a big creepy funny part... difficult to handle because somehow the throw-thing was kinda stuck near the checkpoint... dunno why its like gluing itself on the ground somethings if it flys to that region

-

but i made it.

puh...
i guess i was a half hour in that level?... gosh... some parts are my own fault but it was difficult to figure out how to get further. worst wart with the front layer like i said.

good work on the details
just a bit random but HEY.

rating: 7/10 because of so many time it kills to figure stuff out what breaks the fun a bit. difficult YES, but not unfair difficult.
i repead good work. but should be made at least a small small bit fairer sometime. (i don't managed to get the points above the counterbalanced truck / pallet transporter ( or how this thing is called in english) so i stopped collecting all points allways and conentrate on reaching the goal.

hope you do a small F4F on my skunk bunny adventure link in my signature.
lol it totally won't fit to your topic, but i hope you are at least a bit able to enjoy my level heh thank you!

thank you Forceswerwolf,i edited it today and changed afew things you said, the beginning now has a hint if your taking too long to work it out,and i tweaked afew things to make it easier to get in the hole.forgot about the checkpoints,im pretty sure i glued them all down, one must of unglued that happens sometimes.ill work on the rest later. i also noticed at the end the chainsaw gets stuck at the checkpoint,no idea how because there is a hidden barrier to stop this happening behind the wall,it somehow goes through it.

ill queue your level and leave feedback when iv played it,iv got alot to play @v@
