A (Not-So) New Minigame

Hey all, I had an idea for a minigame that's probably been done loads of times, but I'd like to have a go anyway. It's where a button pops up on screen, and you have to press that button as fast as possible. I'll also have 3 difficulties: Easy (Just one button at a time, 1 second apart) Medium (One button at a time, 0.7 seconds apart) Hard (Two buttons at a time, 1 second apart) I think I know how to make this, but if I get stuck I'll come back here and ask If you have any ideas on how to make this a bit more original, please post, and I'll give credit for any ideas in the description of the level. Maybe it could be different than the others by adding different game changing powerups. What Im trying to say, is that you could have a combo of 12 button presses without fail equal a freezing ability you could deploy by shaking the controller. Another ability would decrease the time the button is on screen for other players, in other words, decreasing the time they can hit the button for before they get it wrong.
