A slap sound customizer or pack, perhaps? Maybe more items which had different sounds, i.e. the suggested music item pack, if you slap someone possessing the tuba, it could make a tuba sound. However, the tuba would probably not be a hand item. But maybe slap sound packs, for you slap addicts if anything, Mm still earns money and you are slightly content. If they could get the royalties, I would love when I slapped someone to hear "C-C-C-C-COMBO BREAKERRR!" or something of the like. It would be very hard, but you could possibly modify the game, which is hard to do and undo, annoying, and it also is against the Sony Master EULA. Anyway, ideas?

I'd find a pack like this totally pointless. Others might find enjoyment from it, but I'd rather see MM create a more constructive DLC pack than something that doesn't really do anything to enhance gameplay or levels.

Its annoying enough to have slap-happy people slapp you every 3 seconds, sure its fun to do it now and then, but there's some people that seem to think there's nothing more to LBP, and if they get these packs, it'll be annoyance x20. Specially if its from memes like "C-C-Combo Breaker," which I see/ hear enough online already. I bet if this was done there's gonna be the bunch of people asking for things like "Falcon Punch or Liek a BAWS" and stuff like that.. >_< Also, I'm pretty sure people would loose a lot of friends pretty fast like that.

I can imagine a level filled with Sackbots slapping each other using that Combo Breaker meme, made copyable, and spammed all over the Cool Pages. x.x

that stuff you said about the tuba reminds me of when you slap someone with the frying pan in your hand it makes a "BONG!" sound rather than the usual slapping one, so i dont think it would be hard to do with other sounds/costume items. Although i think that a slap modifier tool in itself is not a good idea. and we definitely need a slap sensor.

A slap sensor would actually be really useful. You could use it for lots of Sackbot levels when you want it to seem like the player is slashing with a sword.

Part of LBP's online gameplay is 'being an idiot' mode... which unfortunately doesn't have ranked matches or clan support :/ but me and a couple slap happy friends still have fun with it. I think they should have 3 DLC brain storms going on at at any given time: costume milking, supporting creators, and what players want. I think something of this effect should come with a slap switch pack (Impact Sounds #2), as suggested in other threads. Really, it's just physics sounds, as a pack... be nice if skins had variable sounds like material impacting does. A slimey sackbot for example. Physics sounds for every piece of clothing would be too much to ask for, but clinking armor and ruffling fabric sounds would definitely be cool, even if it went unnoticed most of the time it'd still be an immersing element.
