Can't join anyone!

| Every time I try to join random people online it starts by asking to join the person (which is normal) but then a message pops up saying "Failed to join (player's name) because they are busy - please try again later" and I cant join them. At first I thought the person just put on auto reject but it's been happening with everyone I try to join (other than friends). People are able to join me though. | Wow well..it could be that maybe there full or they decline for you to join somehow. Cause if you can join your friends then that means nothing is wrong. Maybe thats it.
