So i have this survival level (No, not some cheap *** bomb survival). Thing is, i use a Sequencer which will give you unlocks throughout the level. I put Magic Mouths on it, which will tell you what you have unlocked. I do this by Subtitles. The problem is, when i do that, the text (The Subtitle) stays at the bottom of the screen. And wont go away..any ideas how to get rid of it? Thanks

I think this problem affects every subtitle magic mouth on sequencers. I just use a "clear" mouth to erase the prior subtitle. I'll have a series of real magic mouths on a sequencer, and then one at the end with no text, no voice. Without this, subtitles would hang until a new magic mouth is somehow activated.

Did you try creating a magic mouth which does not touch the very end of the sequencer? Always leave some free space in the end for the sequencer to breath. Did this help?

I had this problem in my cheap *** bomb survival When the sequencer runs, it cursor stops at the end of the board and stays there, so anything touching the end will remain activated. It's annoying that this isn't documented, but it becomes a useful tool once you know about it. Another way you can fix this is to let your magic mouth touch the end, but also put a battery that touches the end. Wire the battery to one half of an and gate that sits on the parent microchip. Wire the output of the and gate to the reset input of the sequencer. For the and gate's other input, you can wire in something such as a controllinator that listens for the player's circle button. This creates a setup where when the sequencer has finished, the last subtitle will remain until the player dismisses it by pressing circle.

Maybe try putting a destoryer at the end of each subtitle to destory the magic mouth then the subtitle will be destoryed Might this work
