Oh, good - I was scared there for a minute, went to publish an update to my level and my earth was EMPTY!!! So i checked lbp.me, and it was down... so i rebooted my ps3, and now it wont connect to LBP servers (403 error).

I was starting to think I got banned for something...

At least now I know I'm not the only one.

*sits back and waits for it to come back online*

Well, dang, It's down. Cant queue up awesome levels from the level Showcase like I was trying to.

8sigh* Well, at least it's not just me. And 20:00 GMT? Dang, that is quite a while. hope they are fixing this annoying loading bug I'm still getting. And hopefully the bug (at least I hope it's a bug) that doesn't allow people to join because "level is overheating." That is an awful limitation.

Oh, and I as well did not do it. Or did I?

It happened while I was leaving a really awesome and witty review on a level and at first I thought my game was borked because it wouldn't post the review and then showed up no review on the level...

Ah well, at least it means I can work on my new level in peace.

That's narrowed it down to a possible 6,775,235,735 people left. We're almost there.

Edit: Ooohh, sniped by Dexist! 6,775,235,734 possible suspects left!

It was me - I dressed my Sackboy up in his Party gear. . . then fell asleep. When I woke up, I saw that he had trashed the POD and was passed out with a bunch of cheap Sackgirls. . .

I can only assume it was them that trashed the LBP system. *sigh* I'll get to work on fixing the place back up.

80710102... The number of death. Now this site is running extremely slowly, it took two minutes for this page to load... What is happening to the internets?2011-02-24 20:03:00

I was freaked out when this happened, it was hours ago for me I went on LBP and it seemed fine, my levels were there and then I thought I'd have a little mess around but I noticed all the reviews had gone of my levels. A few moments later all my 23 levels had disappeared, I totally freaked out. I have backups of some of them but not all I think if all the levels come back then I should take this opportunity to get them all backed up.
Then when I went to my hearted authors and levels they returned empty and so I decided, enough was enough so I turned the PS3 off
I do hope the stuff isn't gone for good, I do hope it all returns when the servers are back up and running

And seriously, what's happening?
lbp.me seems to have disappeared or sth, we still can't get online... duhh.
Oh well, let's just wait a bit longer then.

I think I heard from CC a while back that whenever the lbp.me servers are down for maintenance, that slows down the performance of LBPC as well, since they're connected or something. It can't just be a coincidence that both the LBPC and LBP servers are down at the same time.2011-02-24 20:17:00

Umm, why is 80710102 the number of death?

Its the error number(I assume) everyone is getting with their DNS error message.

I was able to sign in for a few minutes, during which time I proceeded to spend a few minutes typing a message, only to finish and press down to the send button when at that exact moment I was signed out and I couldnt send my message...

I already posted what was going on, but you all have spammed this thread to where my response is on the 1st page and nobody reads that far back.

So if you wish to be informed, please read my first post in this thread, otherwise keep guessing that the monster, depending on your timezone, ate the sun or the moon when it goes down over the horizon. lol

Actually you're wrong or maybe I'm just special but I always read the first page of thread but if it's long then after reading the first page I'll often skip to the back but getting to the start of a conversation is very important, the most valuable information can often be found on the first page

We already know about that, right now we're trying to figure out why our PSN is doing the opposite of working right. I just signed in for about a minute, then I got signed out, during which time it never loaded my friends list.

Dunno.. have you tried shutting off your PS3 and turning it back on again? The Nic card is quite worthless at resetting itself after any sort of outage on the host side (i.e PSN)

I am doing quite fine logged off and working on my moon.

Tried this, several times. Even rebooted my modem and router. Nothing. Even my 2nd PS3 console is getting the same DNS error when connecting to PSN.

Where are you located, ATMLVE? I'm in Houston, Texas. Maybe its just in certain area(s)?

I have tried restarting my PS3, and was going to continue trying for a while, until I realized other people are having the precisely same problem, which means theres a problem with some peoples PSN, not the PS3 or personal internet.

I was wondering that too Billy, and was looking at different time zones, only to find that some but not all in both -6 and -5 GMT zones are experiencing this problem. No clue whats up with that.

So, I noticed for the first time (after the servers came back up) - all of my LBP1 levels have a LBP1 logo on them. (Which is cool - hopefully, people will take that into account when judging, since the lighting has messed up so many levels).

Is that new - or am I just that blind?
