			| How would you keep a cursor or controlled object so that it can only move with in a visible area? | 2011-02-23 21:04:00 Author: Unknown User |
| First put a tag in the center of your play area. Then put an invisible hologram border around your area on the same layer as your cursor. Give the border a different tag. Now put an impact switch on your cursor set to require the tag on the border. This impact switch will be wired to turn OFF your control of the cursor and turn ON a tag follower that follows the tag in the middle of your play area. Make sure the tag follower is at 100% deceleration and its radius is large enough. This setup should prevent you from leaving the boundaries of your area. | 2011-02-24 06:48:00 Author: Unknown User |
| To OP, does the border move at all? I can explain a great method for non-moving borders, not as effective when its moving though. | 2011-02-24 07:04:00 Author: SSTAGG1 Posts: 1136 |
