Controllinator won't eject with R3?

I just ran across something that has me baffled. For some reason my controllinators are not responding to R3 to eject. As expected, when you look into them there's no wiring option for R3. Am I doing something wrong and you have to do something special to make R3 work?

I've included a level that's literally just a controllinator and I can't eject from it in published form at all. This feels completely basic and I'm flustered.

The R3 to eject is only available while in create mode. If you want the player to be able to eject while in play mode, you'll need to wire a button to the eject.2011-02-22 17:59:00

Is there any way to use R3 for that purpose? I can't seem to wire from R3 at all. L3 has wire connectivity but I can't find one for R3.2011-02-22 18:18:00

It is imposible to wire R3 with eject. You will have to wire a different button.2011-02-22 19:51:00

Ah, I see. I wonder what MM was intending when limiting that button.
