Conway's Life!

Okay, so I got a little hooked on LBP2 logic and this is the result of my noodlings. Looking around here for a bit though, it sems that I've only just scratched the surface. Fun times. http://lbp.me/v/x4vqqf | 2011-02-22 06:25:00 Author: Unknown User |
Well first off check I think your trying to use the word computer, it's censored for some reason. Also you misspelled a word in the 2nd speech. As for your game , I'm sorry not much to say as i can't quite figure this one out. The levels got a nice feel, and the menu was creative. It just doesn't make sense to me lol. If maybe you could find a way to explain this better . My F4F https://lbpcentral.lbp-hub.com/index.php?t=50177-Smooth-Getaway | 2011-02-22 07:36:00 Author: Unknown User |
funny idea o.o i wonder if you can do a game out of this logic? like placing one stone and fill out the form or something like that would be epic i guess for f4f: https://lbpcentral.lbp-hub.com/index.php?t=49851-Little-Big-LUMINES-Puzzle-Fusion&p=778580 thank you PS: i wonder why "machine" is cencored ingame... | 2011-02-22 07:47:00 Author: ForcesWerwolf Posts: 475 |
Thanks for the feedback guys. Feedback now left on your threads. Fixed the spelling error, and now changed all references to "computer" to "machine". I forgot that that word was censored. Attempts have been made to turn Conway's into a game of skill, but none too successfully. I don't know what I could do to change that. Also, create mode is laggy enough as it is with all that wiring (it crashes when I rewind now), so I really don't want to continue messing with it, other than for minor tweaks. | 2011-02-22 23:40:00 Author: Unknown User |
Added to my queue. Love to see how other people tackle this problem. I'll give some feedback once I've had a look! Check out my variant in "My Creations", perhaps we can compare notes! | 2011-02-23 00:17:00 Author: Unknown User |
Groovy. Glad to see someone else on this forum with one of these. Absolutely, we must compare notes. | 2011-02-23 00:50:00 Author: Unknown User |

Thanks for the feedback, Tygers. I have now republished wth your comments in mnd. The trigger areas for the magic mouths have been broadened and the initialhelp text now stays on screen for longer. I'vde also seeded it with a LWSS, by way of introduction. | 2011-02-26 06:17:00 Author: Unknown User |
