Light Warrior Tech Test (Inspired by Fist of Craft Earth)

So after playing gevurah22's Fist of Craft Earth, I endeavored to create my own top-down fighting level with combos and all the cool fighting stuff. So the product of this is Light Warrior! Just so you know the mechanics are not final. I published this level to test how the all the game mechanics (variable damage, combos, mark system, etc) work out when put together. X-Dash
Use to...dash.

Square(Hold to combo)-Light Scratch
A light damaging attack.

Square x6-Light Burn
A dual light scratch does x2 damage.

Circle(Hold to combo)-Stun Punch
A quick attack that knocks back the enemy slightly. Use to stun the enemy.

Square x2, then Circle-Aversion Slam
This enemy knocks back all surrounding enemies. Useful when getting swarmed or rushed.

Square x5, then Circle-Stun Crush
A crushing attack that does double stun damage. Honestly this attack feels a bit weak, I need to increase its strength or something...

Square x4, then X-Spin Dash Has been replaced due to being too weak.
A spinning damage disk surrounds you while dashing!

Triangle-Soul Eater! (or Death Grip please comment what you think sounds better.)
This is a really cool attack. Use it while the enemy is stunned to instant kill them. The enemies in this test are really easy to Insta-kill but as soon as I add new smaller enemies... I plan for this attack to be helpful in killing larger enemies very fast (If you the skillz ) and necessary to finish off bosses.


Also in my demo I have a enemy mark system. This is a system to prevent big enemies from rushing you at the same time and messing each other up. Only one enemy can "mark" you at one time. This enemy will approach you, while the others keep their distance from it and do their secondary action if they have one (like firing damaging projectiles at you.) Smaller enemies (about your size) are exempt from this rule and can still rush past you and hit you (mind you, I don't have any smaller enemies yet but I'm pretty sure it will work.) Its still a bit buggy though and works far better in wide open areas then in this test (take my word for it.)

It's still a work in progress. Please don't mask any criticisms and post all your problems with stuff. I need to polish this off and catch any bugs now.

Updated: Now includes two new attacks. Also tweaked Stun Crush so it's easier to use. Damage attacks now have knockback which should make killing those machine things easier.

Square x4, then X-Light Dash
Use your dual claws while dashing! Good range and damage. Replaces the Spin Dash.

Circle x5-Punch Force
Fire an energy wave that knock back whatever is standing in front of you far back. If you want to continue Stun Punching then use Light Scratch before the combo activates, then return to punching.
