Really, no trumpets? Even if it sounds robotic, it would still be better than nothing. My 1990's keyboard has more effects MM! =P Also a chorus effect would be great as well...(Not sure how to describe it, but you can hear it in this song in addition to the Bass and drums).http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pKQXxEJpcP8&feature=related | 2011-02-21 20:00:00 Author: Smokeeye123 Posts: 66 |

Really? No Flute, Clarinet, Ocarina or Trombone in any of your posts? What we really need is wind instruments. | 2011-02-21 22:24:00 Author: Unknown User |
Really? No Flute, Clarinet, Ocarina or Trombone in any of your posts? What we really need is wind instruments. Check out my thread with suggested instruments, I suggested those there. Plus we have an Ocarina don't we? | 2011-02-21 22:27:00 Author: Alternative_sack Posts: 409 |
i don't think we do. + SERIOUSLY no violin. That would make sooooo many music pieces that my friends work on SOOO much better. | 2011-02-22 05:45:00 Author: a_mailbox Posts: 416 |
I'm sure Mm has a strategy for this: Release LBP2 with 1/100th the sounds available. Then put the rest out slowly as DLC for the next twenty-seven years. | 2011-02-23 01:36:00 Author: ccapel Posts: 100 |
That's their masterplan, but I suppose it's better than nothing! If they don't release an instrument DLC I'll be pretty disappointed! Another thing that got me frustrated about the music sequencer was that it only allows you to create in 4/4 time, which is like cancelling out a third of the world's music. I know it's possible to create in other timings, it's just a lot more complicated than it should be | 2011-02-24 00:16:00 Author: Unknown User |
Here's something I don't understand. Most games nowadays have a bunch of DLC available upon release. Why wouldn't LBP, which is a gold mine for DLC, do the same thing? Or at least put out some DLC in the first few weeks of release. Maybe they want everyone to get used to the new toolset before they start adding to it. But personally, I want it now. Charge whatever you want to charge me for it, just put it out so I can use it! | 2011-02-25 19:27:00 Author: ccapel Posts: 100 |
Electrical guitar would be also awesome, so people could make some rock music and yes I agree with other, we need also more basic instruments like saxophone, violin, acustic guitar, more drums and other stuff like that. | 2011-02-25 19:33:00 Author: Unknown User |
