When playing as a sackbot, and walking into fire...

So the thing is, in my level, you play as a sackbot. The sackbot uses a counter which indicates his health (Bullets have Tags, tags trigger the counter) When the counter gets full, the game ends via a Game Ender. But when walking into fire, the sackbot dies, and the player which is tied on the sackbot (Holograph + Controllinator + Follower), is just stuck and get do anything. Is there anyway to trigger the Game ender when the sackbots dies by fire/electro etc? Thanks! | 2011-02-21 18:32:00 Author: DoomeDx Posts: 132 |
Yeah, add a tag sensor (inverted) on the hologram and name it "KILL" or something like that. Attach a destructor to the holo your controllinator you are in is on and connect the tag sensor to it. Now, on your sackbot drop the tag with the same name "KILL." When the sackbot dies the tag will be removed, the sensor will fire the destructor removing the holo and the controllinator thus killing you. | 2011-02-21 19:43:00 Author: RSQViper Posts: 302 |
