Where to ACTUALLY get the waterfall material (not the freaky clouds)

| Ok, I know like 23 people have posted this before, but I have never seen an actual answer. No, I don't want the freaky clouds material, I have that. I'm talking about the waterfall material seen in "Patients Are Virtue" where you are rolling the fire boulder. Does anyone know where to get that material? I need it for my process in-the-making level: DareDevil Sack2- Roller Coaster Canyon! So if you know where this material is, please, tell me. thanks!
