Mysterious humming noise from Wobble Bolt

| So I'm working on a pinball level, but I've come across a very very frustrating problem. My wobble bolts are creating a strange humming noise. Even if I set them to have no movement, and delete anything around them that might be rubbing against them. Its not that loud of a noise, but it's annoying enough to be noticeable. If I turn off the sound-effects in the World Tweaker menu, it goes away, but I need sound effects obviously.
