2011 is going to be a very good year. Quite possibly the best year for gamers since Mario Bros. was first released. It kicked off beautifully with Little Big Planet 2. Crysis 2, the sequel to the undisputed best looking game ever. Elder Scrolls: Skyrim, candy for anyone who loves RPG's. Killzone 3, a PS3 exclusive FPS that, if the beta was any indication, is going to be amazing. Portal 2, sequel to the best puzzle game ever. Rage, an open world first person shooter/racer from the people that created the first person shooter genre. Marvel vs Capcom 3, Another entry in a great series by the developers of the Street fighter games, the best fighting games ever. Batman: Arkham City, journey once again into the world of batman, with a dark atmosphere that fits the characters beautifully. More crafted to resemble the gritty comics out nowadays than the campy one of old. Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3, I really don't need to say anything about this. Battlefield 3, The only console military shooter that has challenged the Call of Duty series released what looks to be another smash hit. Deus Ex: Human Revolution, The best future RPG series (sorry fallout) gets another entry. And it's by Square Enix, the gods of the RPG genre. Duke Nukem Forever, A FPS that has been cancelled more times than I can remember. Ten years in the making, it's finally here... unless they cancel it again. Star Wars: The Old Republic, finally, a star wars MMORPG by a good developer. Uncharted 3: Drake's Deception, the final entry in a gorgeous trilogy of action games that stands as one of the PS3's greatest exclusive series'. Well, that's my list of the games I'm excited for this year. What games are you all excited for?

Deus Ex: Human Revolution, The best future RPG series (sorry fallout) gets another entry. And it's by Square Enix, the gods of the RPG genre. Not quite, Square Enix do own the IP after buying Eidos but the development is being done by Eidos Montreal.

Duke Nukem looks pretty good, You forgot to add...um a game called...MORTAL KOMBAT I mean..seriously how can you not add that? O_O but yeah all those and.. not to mention.. Metal gear solid rising is also coming this year...unless it was pushed and I didnt know.. Also.. Legend of Zelda Skyward Sword looks pretty good. Final Fantasy 13-2, Agito (not sure if 2011 release though) The new tales games I think for 2011 And Highschool Music 4 The Super College adventure...im kidding you know that right? XD And others but i forgot >_<

Call of Duty 6: Old Warfare The government goes to all the nursing homes and finds all of the old veterans and makes them fight in the new war. :> Screw Uncharted, this is where it's at. I'm definitely excited for Uncharted 3. Probably the only game besides LBP2 I'll actually get up at midnight to buy. Resistance 3 has my interest, but depending on how well they pull it off depends whether I get excited. So far it's got me excited from what I've seen, but the last two always had some sort of major downside to them, so I don't want to start holding my breath about the third one.

Because it's horrible? ZING! Oh, snap! I never actually played MW2, so I don't know how those ones were. I do have black ops though, and the multiplayer is great. Since MW3 is being developed by treyarch I expect great things. Also yeah, I forgot Infamous 2. The first one though... not that great. It was alright for one playthrough, but in my opinion it had no replay value. (Sure, you could play through good then do it again evil, but come on, the missions are the same anyway. All you get for a morality shift are different cutscenes.)

2010 was packed, I was hoping 2011 would give me a chance to catch up, but nope. EXCITING: LBP2, Uncharted 3, Battlefield 3 (sequel to the ORIGINAL modern warfare hit), Battleblock Theater, Portal 2, The Last Guardian, and a atom bomb of rpg-goodness (Mass Effect 3, Skyrim, Dark Souls) ON THE RADAR: Shogun 2, Rage, Gears of War 3, Shadow Complex 2 (in 2011?)

You guys completed left out the racing genre, I r dissapoint, cuz theres a few i'm excited about. Shift 2: Unleashed DiRT 3 Hopefully seeing a new Burnout title, but not getting my hopes up as Criterion is probably just working on more NFS: HP DLC. And new WipEout game for the upcoming PSP2, (or NGP or whatever they're calling it.) oh and also Mass Effect 3, that wasn't covered either, I r dissapoint about that too.

I have a feeling that Portal 2 might be a download off PSN. Possible? Yeah it's possible, there's been a few disc games that have also had a PSN release some ages after launch some on the same day. Whoa... wait, what? Since when did they announce this? They didn't all we've had is the rumour that sledgehammer and maybe some other studios have been brought in to help Infinity Ward get it ready in time for the usual release date because of the number of IW staff that left last year.

Forgot Resistance 3, and inFamous 2 But I don't really care for MW3 or whatever the next CoD is. It's lost it's appeal after bringing out the same thing 4 times. Games I'm looking forward to are Resistance 3, inFamous 2, Uncharted, Arkham, Skyrim, Portal and BattleField3. And if I have any money left after this year, maybe Crysis Forgot LA Noire And the only rumour for MW3 is that it's being finished off by Sledghammer and another dev. I disagree. the only reason some games get ruined past part3. is because they stop caring what they are making and are only making it to sell money. far as that goes i have seen some games get ruined as soon as part2, how many that have been made don't make a difference by it self. long as they use a good writer who knows what he's doing, and keep making fun gameplay, there is no reason for them to stop. what's the point in something being over? what so there's no more of something to keep enjoying and to look forward to? boring. i dislike always having to keep finding something new to enjoy again and again and again! its so tiresome~ i like to keep enjoying something that i can keep looking forward to every tomorrow, i hate for things to die and to have no more of it to enjoy. a game don't become bad because to many are made of it, a game becomes bad when the owners stop caring about it. long as the makers enjoy what they are making it'll always stay good IMO~ *mew

This is weird, because this year could easily rival 2010 Heres my list, already having LBP2 and DA2--the years already off to a great start... 10. The Last Story 9. Mortal Kombat 8. Crysis 2 7. Saints Row 3 (this actually looks good this time) 6. Tales of Graces F 5. Anarchy Reigns 4. The Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword 3. Skyrim 2. Uncharted 3 1.
