Earlier, I was watching my brother play LBP2, and he'd got all of these sackbots after completing a level. He was looking at them all in Create mode and spawn some, and one turned out to be Yellow Head. I asked him to see if he could save the costume, like you could with the DLC glitch. It turns out that you can. I thought this was a problem because anyone who hasn't unlocked the Story Mode items, can simply save the costume off of someone else, especially with the Ace-only items such as Da Vinci etc. I might email Mm to let them know about this, I just wanted other people's opinions on this.

It's not a glitch, it's a feature allowing to transfer costumes, problem with DLC was that it didn't block you to wear item that you don't own which suppose to. As you buy the game you own all LBP2 items what ever you unlock them or not, so there no problem if you get items that you simply didn't unlock. As you use back-up of your level on new profile, you think they will block your content in this situation?

Exactly, when you buy a DLC item you download a "key" to use it now even LBP1 items you can use this on to get for free but it would be too much work I believe for most people to even try.

I really think that giving out LBP1 costumes and objects to LBP2-only players shouldn't be allowed. We payed for LBP1 and all the costumes and objects it gave us, yet others can just stroll along, touch a bubble and leave.

Anyway, In was under the impression that if you dont own DLC, then you are unable to wear a costume containing it, unless the person you got it from does have it, and you wear it while in there party, then you can wear it anywhere else.
