Thread location at bottom of page

Archive: 2 posts

Hey,
I have a small idea that would be of great use to me and probably many others. If you scroll right to the top of this page you will see a small bar that says 'Welcome, (user name)' and all of your links to your personal pages. Underneath that there should be a picture from LBP2. Below that there should be another bar with links to other parts of the site. Below that there should be an advert. Now, below the advert there should be a stream of words that say '(picture of a house) Forum (arrow) Site stuff (arrow) Site feedback (arrow) then the name of this thread'
That bar with all of the previous pages should be at the bottom of all pages as well as the top. If only in the forum, a thread with lots of replies would go down a lot. You then need to scroll right the way up to the top after reading the replies. This is tedious when reading a lot of the help section threads.

Sorry if this is a pointless idea or unnecessary,
Zephyre

Not sure about Macs, but PCs have a button on the keyboard labelled "Home" which takes you instantly to the top of the page. Personally I tend to open each thread in a new tab, and just close it when I'm done, so there's never a need to scroll back to the top.
