As long as they don't claim to have made something I have given away as a prize, I really don't mind people using the items I give out. In fact, I want people to use them and would feel pretty good knowing someone actually did, even if no credit is given. If people don't want their items used, then indeed they shouldn't have put them out as prizes in the first place

I have to disagree. You can just play around with the items in create mode and mess around with them. If you publish a level with someone elses creation without credit then I'd call that plagiarism. Not that anyone can do anything about it. It's easy to say "Just don't give out prizes!" but then we'll have thousands of levels without prizes to aim for and that would kind of suck.

but I can guess that 95% of the people are are not going to say anything about "stealing my work" yeah it would be nice to give credit, but we are all here to play, not bicker! but I do see your point!

If you really want credit that badly then don't give it out at all, or sign the object. That simple.

Signing the object won't do much... that can always be removed. I'd prefer to see two things regarding this: 1. Allow us to make prize objects uneditable if we choose 2. Have the game automatically give credit to any users who have their objects or part of their objects included in someone else's level. The functionality is there because you can edit an object you won and it will show who all built the object... however only the person creating the level can see this, so its kind of pointless.

or just dont make it a prizes, a prizes is a prizes, you win something, the person has given this out as a reward, why let people have it as a prize if you dont want to give it out

My 2 cents worth is 'A PRIZE IS A PRIZE' If I give away a prize then people can do what they want with it as far as I'm concerned. It would be good though if it would give you recognition in the info for the level. Like the pics taken in a level you could have a page for community objects used in the level with tags for the creators.

I wish that there was another page on the level info that had a format similar to the Goodies Collected page that showed what objects were made by who that were used in the level.

Ive gained one of those trophy objects at least 10 times, and it doesn't even look good! But what if it's a really really really good-looking trophy. (Sorry, it was a prize I was thinking about giving out in an extremely hard level I'm planning out. If you can give me suggestions on thoughts for AWESOME prizes, PM me please )

Mm isnt like hey we made that give us thanks! > I Suppose it would be pretty harsh if you stuck a sticker on it saying 'Made by MIKE95' and they took it off and put the object in their level but otherwise if you dont want people to use it just dont put it in a prize bubble. Saying that, In the Beta when all the levels were copiable i Snatched some of my favourite items from peoples levels and published them all together in one level for me to collect and unpublish when i got the full game. Ouch! Im mean...but it was for the best. not.
