A gun in the hand is worth two in the toilet!

I'm making a little big matrix level and I created a neo sackbot which I want to hold and fire a pistol. I've already set up the controls to move his right arm and fire when R2 is held and R1 is pressed. So when you move your arm the gun fires bullets from wherever your hand is pointing. Just one problem, though. No gun. How do I stick a gun in my sackboy's hand?2011-02-20 02:42:00

I just think it would subtract from the seriousness of the level. It wouldn't fit the atmosphere I want. Plus I've seen levels where characters have guns, I'm just looking for how to get one.

Emitters/captured objects are way more tweakable than paint guns.
Like I said in another thread, I think x2 black mustaches on one hand looks great.
Some people use the car fin decorations from the Incredibles kit, but they only come in green/blue/pink.

The best way I found is to use the little golden ring decoration from LBP1 as a trigger and the blue car fin for the pistol. If you stick them on just right it looks very nice. Actually I just gave Standby250 a sackbot with the gun already set up the other day. I can't wait to see him use it!2011-02-20 04:33:00
