The Watchman: Secret Agent
Archive: 3 posts
READ BELOW A new LBP2 series... The Watchman: Secret Agent You are a lone agent watching over the city of Clarkson to prevent the most major of crimes alongside your friend, Professer Pepperson. Experience, action, excitement, and thrills as you fight off criminals and save the innocent! You'll feel the cheesy, classic, satisfaction of Batman as the agent, the protector, The Watchman. This is the first part, mainly introducing the more "actiony" feel of the experience. Unravel more of the story, and taste even more action-sacked thrills in the next part! Your level was really cool, and it's a shame it's not getting any attention. Advice: It's quite a long ways to the first level link, and the first time I played the level, I found the link locked. That would deter people from finishing your level, which is not good. I almost gave up on the entire level because I thought it couldn't be unlocked (that would have been very unfortunate). Also, I tried the one of your machines that flies, and it took me clear over the barrier next to the level link and I had to restart. Maybe you could make the first checkpoint in the third part of the level an infinite checkpoint. The reason for that is that people can die quite easily in that part (I got a few game overs), which could frustrate some people, resulting in less completed plays. An infinite checkpoint at the beginning of the third part would help people get through the level with less hassle. The bounce pad near the end of the level can get contaminated with Doomsday missiles, making it difficult (or maybe even impossible) to use. It would be great if there was a workaround for this. The Doomsday Device is a lot of fun, but it's easy to have a ton of missiles that get in the way, making the level a bit harder than it should have to be. Is it possible that they could disappear after a set time? But the whole concept is really nice, and there's definitely huge potential here. I really look forward to the sequels in this series and seeing your work really shine. Gladly hearted because of the potential. Great first level. | 2011-02-21 22:18:00 Author: Unknown User |

I really look forward to the sequels in this series and seeing your work really shine. Gladly hearted because of the potential. Great first level. I fixed the first level link. Also, in the lab, I figured it was obvious that the vehicles aren't supposed to be used. But, I forgot to make the flying vehicles unusable. As for the 3rd part, players are only supposed to do as the instructions say, but I suppose people like to become more careless when they get a Creatinator-based weapon. And, about the spring, I did all I possibly could to make it invincible. It's just to stubborn. No matter what I do, it flies away if hit too many times. Thank you for taking the time to reply to this post. | 2011-02-22 00:19:00 Author: Unknown User |
