I thought for sure I'd seen the final scoreboards in some story and community levels that only took up one layer. But then, when I go to create mode, there is no way I can get the thing to change at all. So, is there a way to change how many layers the scoreboard takes up? Thanks

I think they just dissolve (or destroy?) the base and activate it with a player sensor.

I tried erasing over the base, but it didn't do anything. I also looked in the scoreboard settings, but it didn't have anything either.

Change the material of the base into the green dissolve material, then just attach a player sensor switch to it and done.

I think they just dissolve (or destroy?) the base and activate it with a player sensor. ^^ Should Work. Or just squash it with a giant block of metal. The thing you're seeing is just the detached back layer score board sreen, nothing fancy done to it other than get rid of the base.
