Hello, I'm freaking out. I was playing a community level a little while ago and at the end of a level I was fighting a boss. Suddenly all the sound cut out on the game so I turned off the PS3, let it sit for a minute, and then turned it back on. The sound was back so I logged into my PS3 user account and restarted LBP2. To my horror the game started completely from the beginning, with the tutorial like it's a brand new account! I've tried starting it several times and it's like my profile is no longer connected to my game. Has anyone else had this problem? Any ideas? I've put hundreds of hours into this game, aced all levels, gotten all items, lots of pins etc. Is all my hard work gone? My data still shows in my Game Data Utility and my Saved Data Utility, but the game won't connect to it. Is there a chance it's corrupted? Ugh, FML. Ok I was able to import my saved profile from a couple of weeks ago, saved after I got 100%. I lost a bunch of pins and custom objects but at least I don't have to go through the story again. Whew.

Not sure if it's a known issue or not, but I had the exact same thing happen to me. It was actually my first thought, because my system also crashed during those levels.. and when I re-set my game had also reverted back to when a vast space of nothing. I was going to report it earlier, but then saw this thread and thought I'd wait until I saw your response. I know that several people have had their systems freeze while playing those levels, but you are the only other person I've heard mention this "wiping out" of our game data. I'm going to go poke around the H&G threads to see if anyone else has had this problem. My initial thought is that it might be due to the fact that much of their levels were built during the beta. (which I find interesting ... since Mm don't seem to want us to have access to anything from our beta accounts... unless you're one of the people who worked on those levels). I'll see if I can find anything more out on this.
