Anyone Know How To Create A Lightning Effect?

| I have a sackbot similar to megaman. He can fire energy blasts, and also does a charge up shot. I hold down the fire button for 2 seconds and release, and he fires a huge energy blast. While he's charging up the big blast, I was thinking of some creative effects that would make him look like he's about to unleash a devastating blast. I thought about making him get struck with a lightning bolt while he's charging up his blast, or some similar effect. Does anyone know how to accomplish this? Is it even possible in this game? Thanks. Also, a side question, does anyone know how to create entrances for sackbots? | The easiest way would be to glue a holo to him and then have a second timer connected to your gun charge. Set it to like half of the regular chage and then hook up the out to a very short sequencer. Put a battery in the sequencer hooked to the holo and then one more to the reset on the sequencer. This way once he is half way charged the effect will go off. if glueing doesnt work put a follower on the holo set to follow him. | I'm guessing the holo you're referring to should be shaped like a lightning bolt and extend above the camera view? Then maybe have the plasma danger tweaker rigged to turn on once the bolt hits him?
