Hello, If a make as a prize: a sackbot with lbp1 costume parts. will a player that doesnt own lbp1(and thus doesnt have any lbp1 items/costumes parts) be able to use this costume? or does he/she need lbp1 first for using lbp1 costumes in lbp2

I imagine that if you do not own the DLC you cannot use it. just a guess though, maybe someone should test it.

For DLC that right yeah. But what about the original lbp1 costumes?

Yes he/she can uses those costumes. only can wear dlc costumes.
