Why Won't My Character Stop Moving?

Archive: 9 posts

Sorry if I'm a bother, but I have a question.
1. How do you make sackboy unmovable when movie cameras are active? It works in one level, but in another one, my sackboy moves, altering the way the cameras work. Tried everything from gameplay sequencers to other logic. Any ideas or suggestions?

There is an option on the movie camera itself to disable controls, I'd suggest checking the tweaking options in your movie camera.

How is he moving? as you control him? or without you putting any inputs? Is this a sackbot being presented or a natural player?

It's an actual player. For some reason, it keeps moving.2011-02-19 15:16:00

When you stop you are running, you cannot suddenly stop, so sackboy keeps walking for a bit, have you tried to turn Player Tracking to 0% ?2011-02-19 15:22:00

Yes, I know that your sackperson dosen't suddenly stop. In my other level, I have set player tracking to 0% and with no material that moves your ssackperson, and it works, but for this level I'm working on, it dosen't do that. I have checked and did the same thing with the movie cameras like I did in the other level with the successful movie cameras.
