Interested in a turn-based FFX level with level ups and 3vs3 battles?

Demo features:
-3 Party members: Tidus, Yuna, Auron
-Up to 3 (unique) enemies in one battle
-EXP and level up system somewhat similar to the sphere grid, though it resembles FFXIII's crystarium system more.
-3 active stats: STR, DEF, HP. It may be hard to tell that there's a stat system, since there're only 3 types of enemy, but I ASSURE you, there IS a stat system, and that every level up counts.
-3 skills/magic, though no MP, so they're spammable.
-Random battle system (don't worry, I'll have an equippable item that disables it in the full game.)
-A layer system (battle mechanics).
-Characters that actually move when you give them a command. This might not seem like much, but it has made my life a lot harder.
-Money (your score), though there's nothing to buy. I would like to mention that money and EXP are 2 separate systems. That is, when you level up DOES NOT depend on your score.

Time spent (wasted?) so far:
-Over 140 hours of frustration (I can't tell because my profile got erased from playing that MvSvC level, but it's DEFINITELY over 140 hours; my level remained intact though, or I would've given up). Can't do anything without it breaking down on me several times, and then just when I think I'm finally done, I add something else and it breaks down again.

-EXP given is in decimals because MM's tools are imprecise and doesn't actually take the EXACT time it says to do something. EXP values are approximations only, and may be off by 1 or so exp every 10 times.


EXP to level (will not apply to full game):

11-12: 3
12-13: 3
13-14: 6
14-15: 6
15-16: 9
16-17: 9
17-18: 12
18-19: 15
19-20: 18
20-21: 21
21-22 (MAX for demo): 24

Total EXP needed for each level:
12: 3
13: 6
14: 12
15: 18
16: 27
17: 36
18: 48
19: 63
20: 81
21: 102
22: 126

Game mechanics:
-Physical damage= STR - DEF
where damage can not be less than 1.

-Magical damage= 2 (MAG - DEF)
where damage can not be less than 2.

-Max stats (equipment and skill boost included, though there are no equipment yet) is 18 for STR, DEF, and MAG.

-Yuna's holy magic damage calculation takes longer than the others, so the enemy may end up dying during their turn.

-Each HP bar represents 10 HP, and you receive 1 additional damage every time 1 HP bar goes out. This is actually a glitch, but fixing it seems to be more trouble than it's worth, so it's staying like this.

-Defending gives you +5 DEF.

-The encounter rate is set to (1/4) every 1.5-2.0 seconds of walking.

I wasn't able to get back to this tonightmorning like I thought I would, but I've re-queued it for later.

One thing I noticed in the couple minutes I played - the voice-over seems to be of low quality. I ended up turning off the volume rather than listening to it :<

The actual mechanics worked, though, and very nicely. I loved that there was an attack animation and I'm eager to get back in and finish it.
