I just noticed this and am pretty upset by it. My favorite thing about The Islands background has always been the lanterns lit in the background that you can see when you turn level darker. I really loved it, always have. For my first time since having LBP2 I just selected The Islands background and turned lighting down but theres no flame/light from the light posts. I don't get it. To me this is major. I had LBP1 levels that purposely had those showing in background for part of the mood/atmosphere. Is this intentional? Or a mistake MM made that no one is aware is a mistake? I assume it's intentional, but then I am baffled as to why they would do such a thing. It ruins the theme/background.

Oh, thats not everything.. The LBP2 backgrounds with lights in them sometimes show ! marks on those lights when your level is overly complex. Sometimes it even removes moving stuff in the background which looks quite weird. a lot of the old backgrounds, like the canyons and cave seem to be remastered (poorly) as in the canyons level there is a big gap on the floor thats so big my co creator now calls it canyon river. The cave-bg pieces have not been aligned that well and now show small gaps. and i could go on for each and every bg

I hope one day MM fixes them, but I doubt it since in the grand scheme of things this is very minor. So I have a feeling they will always be like this. Well here's hoping.
