Wow, that was a great job! Very interesting visual style and gameplay, I enjoyed it very much. One thing I really liked was the music... Kudos to you for making very good original soundtracks! The cave music of the first level was my favorite...(It reminded me very much of the Crash Bandicoot music). One thing you'd probably want to change are the sound effects played in the beginning of your first level... They are fine for the intro you have, but they keep playing non-stop as you continue to the little water puzzle, and it gets a bit annoying after a while (plus it makes the music hard to hear). Perhaps you could make them end when you spawn? Additionally, it wouldn't hurt to add some background with the back thin layer... Or maybe put flat clouds or something, because the sky seems pretty blank. The other visuals, however, were fantastic and well done. All in all, great job! | 2011-02-19 03:38:00 Author: Jdsfrog Posts: 97 |

Loved the letters appearing across the trees to much forest noise to many loud croking and bird noise. the wildlife sounds are to over whelming by the pond with yellow blue and red floaty switches had to mute tv to play the camera angle by the u shaped spike trap past the red light makes geting jump just right tad bit difficult right befor the part 2 level link the buildings with the sackbots on fire i was able to jump over roof tops even though looks like you had them set up for doging unless suppose to go over roof tops might want to prevent that route part2: the red green yellow blue puzzle was difficult due to game making me grab the lower switches when i was trying to grab rotating wheels the 2 wheels with 4 fire poles in the shaft you fall through next would be better iff you tok off 1 fire pole from each the platforms wher the fire blocks follow a pateren the stairs are to close to the platform on the right making the turn back jump a little harsh on the slide parts double check the distance on a couple of the slides the momentem kept sending me into laval. after slide the smashing pillars are a little to fast and slightly out of sync making jumping with out being squashe or falling to your doom nearly impossible 2 swings in the middle seem just a hair to far apart and bouncing fire logs timing needs a hair tweaking also some reason only every 3rd attemp out of check point do i seem able to grab 1st swing up to 20th respawn by fire swings also checkpoint needs sensor or be closer to edghe as i let go of last swing just barely slipped off other edghe after 30th try to swing across and with the next spawn point not activating was kinda fustrating. add hair more wait to floating triangles as the seemed a hair difficult to pull under water part 3: at this point by some tiki look guy and fire logs rolling down hill it wasnt clear what else to do i tried going back up jumping fire logs but switch didnt do anything else over all though looks nice but some of the obsticles were a little to challenging i look foward to playing it again soon please play https://lbpcentral.lbp-hub.com/index.php?t=50259-One-salt-shooter-1-to-4-player-top-down&p=781986#post781986 | 2011-02-20 07:45:00 Author: TSFRJ Posts: 249 |
