I finally got to get online recently, but the game did not connect to the internet because the game said it was because of chat restrictions. I couldn't decorate my earth, moon, play levels, publish levels, or even use the in game store. However, lbp1 didnt have this problem. I could get online anytime I wanted toon and I havent changed my settings since I got the Ps3 in 2009. How do I fix this?

call sony, theyll remote play it if they have to (access your ps3 remotely) but im sure this is an easy fix just call and ask, its what there numbers for
