I know the key on the hat towards end, but I can't find the other one. Help please, it's killing me. Thanks.

that was the LAST item in the whole game I found - in the "springy" area where you jump up the get prizes on each spring ( I believe there are about 5 in a row) - on the last one, you can reach a prize, but you have to continue to bounce even higher to reach the key - this is one of the last areas in the level before you reach the end

I have been dying to find this key, I can finnally finish The Wedding and progress to Boom Town... >.< Aced every thing up to it, but I reckon I might be here for some time.
