Watch the levels that people make for the challenge get moderated anyways The top five qualifying Levels with the most hearts that meet the entry requirements as stated in the official rules will be selected as the winners. So by this logic, could people with levels already with tons of hearts just rename their level with "LBC" at the beginning and already have a head start compared to the rest? Sounds somewhat broken to me.

Sounds somewhat broken to me. i thought so as well except the level has to be about the 2 year anniversary (i think)so unless somebody did that (which would be kinda weird) then yes they would probably have a headstart

i thought so as well except the level has to be about the 2 year anniversary (i think)so unless somebody did that (which would be kinda weird) then yes they would probably have a headstart They could always publish over a level with tons of hearts. I'm pretty sure that would keep the hearts and plays intact.

I feel like I am in High School again. This is nothing but a popularity contest atm. Since finding levels as it is is horrible, the only way to get your level out for people to heart would be to already have a name for yourself. I can already imagine how many "Heart my Spotlight level and I'll Heart yours!" forums will pop on on different sites.... so as much as I want it (it would look amazing on me RedPanda character.... for those of you who have seen him), I know that the chance is ... well 0%. So why try?

Well time for some shameless begging if I am to get that crown. I created my entry called "LBC1-PS3 Birthday Dreamworld". I created a nice post with some more information with pictures and video link for the visual types. https://lbpcentral.lbp-hub.com/index.php?t=t=5058 I have almost 70 hearts so far so I must be doing something right. Hoping to get some more as I really would like that crown (not sure why). So when you get a chance please go play the level and heart if you like it. If you do not like it don't heart it and please leave some comments so I can fix any problems.

So why try? If you don't have a decent way of capturing video, your creation is likely to go unnoticed by the masses. Videos seem to sell the level.

Hopefully they'll organize it better. Anyone who can crank out their level within the first week increases their chances of getting more hearts.. even if it's rubbish. I also found the spotlighting on the sony blog a bit odd. It's either free advertising for those levels or SOny is saying 'hurry up and choose from these 3!" Hrm...

I see a massive heartingfest the last week of the competition. I don't want to heart anything yet. If one of us has a good chance of winning I'm throwing my support behind him/her. If some garbage is about to win, I'm voting for the next likely to win quality level. I strongly suggest you guys do the same [i bet you will . ]
