Hey I made a really complicate spider recently, but after working on it I came to realize that all i needed was simply 4 wobble bolts. Then later I realized I should tell people this because of such simplicity. First make a body on the second layer. A symetrical shape for balance. like a horizontal oval or a plain old circle. Next make the first part of your spider leg. The part that goes up diagnoly on a real spider. Make one of these, and then copy it till you have four. (Or six but I havnt been able to make a functioning six legger yet.) Put two on the first layer, and two on the third layer, while the body is in the middle. It is possible to have two legs on the second layer but I just cant get it to work. Anyway, so now you have four spider leg peices, but not the elbow part and down Glue these all to the body. try to make it as symetrical as possible, less flaws in the end. Then create the rest of your spider legs, from elbow down. Make four copys of those and put them symetricly again close to the glued leg parts. DONT GLUE THEM DOWN. Obviously you want it to move right? XD Next on the thin layer infront of your glued leg parts, make a a peice of any material (I dont care what you use for your spider, but lighter materials arnt as heavy, and rubber has great traction but its a bit heavier) Make four of these as well and glue them to your already glued down leg limbs. Next place your spiders unatached limbs under the thin layers you made for each leg. This part is tough, but what you need to do is have the wobble bolts on the left side be opposite to each other, but still work under the same time and pause. So basicly just have the sync time change till they move opposite of each other. Then on the right side have those do the same, only invert them. So if on the left side you made the leg in the back sync at say oh 2.5, then the one in the front on the right will be 2.5 as well. When this is done test your spider out.
