This can be a mode between create and play mode. This can allow a level to be played normally, but also allow some but not all changes, such as allow notes or fixing minor bugs other than major changes.

Arent "Preview" mode and create mode it self is for that? I think he's suggesting a limited version of create where it won't save (besides notes) so we could add a note where there's a glitch then go to create and fix it without rewinding
