Advanced Logics and Tag Sensors Question: Not all Tag Sensors are being triggered???

Archive: 3 posts

So, I'm creating a Tron level with the lightcycle and everything including the triangle looking powerups on the ground. Now, the cycles work brilliantly. My most advanced work to date for LBP.. But it seems my triangled powerup bars arent all triggering the exact same way. (I have attached images on the relevant logics/sensors).

Here's whats expected to happen:

Triangled powerup bars are always blue when active (default situation). A cycle with damaged health can trigger these active powerups to refill their life to 100% by driving over them. Once driven over, the triangled powerup turns red, and deactivated the Tag to prevent any cycle's Tag Sensor from finding it. After a 10 second timer, the Tag is then re-enabled, and the triangles turn blue again. Driving over a red triangled powerup does nothing. Driving over a blue triangled powerup when life is full does nothing.

Here's what's actually happening:

The very first triangled powerup bar i made works as explained above to a "T". No flaws. However, upon copying this triangled powerup bar and placing about 5 more along the level, those copies do not work as expected. Instead, when they are supposed to be triggered, the DO turn red and de-activate, but they DO NOT refill the life of the cycle. It seems as though all the copies are triggering the color/deactivate the Tag before the cycle's Tag Sensor gets a chance to see it active... But I dont see why or how, seeing as the original powerup still works fine, and these are all just exact copies of it..

If anyone needs anymore explaination, just ask and i will try my best to answer your questions. If you think it will help, I can let you in my level on my moon to examine these sensors and logics. Just add me to PSN, my name is the same as on this site.

Thank you in advance for any help on this confusing issue.

Thank you, sonofbrave, for your assistance earlier today. Although we didnt find a solution together, you did have me looking in other places I wasnt before, and I was able to pin-point the issue (a single NOT gate on the bike needed to be inverted) and fixed the entire thing.
