I've seen people with the animated water material, where do I find this?

It's in Eve's Asylum, I think it's in Patients Are A Virtue. It's in the bit where the fiery ball rolls down the hill. Once it goes down the first time, quickly run behind it an overtake it then run across the material it burns to the little gap where the prize bubble is hidden.

You can find the Waterfall material in Eve's Asylum in the level "Patients Are A Virtue". Beaten to it it seems. XD
