online basics question ..

| .. folks been with LBP since the beginning, however, unbelievably I only played online for the first time recently - basically i'm trying to get *all* the collectable objects now i'm most way thru lbp/lbp2/lbp my question is what gives when 2 players play simultaneously and you let the other player get the prize bubbles first ... do both players get them or do you have to be trusting or selfish! secondly, the posts on the forum talk about 'game requests' .. what's that, when i play i basically wait at the start until others join in, sometimes takes ages, if the visitor stays - but i've never asked to join in ... how does this all pan out lastly, i found a couple of players more interested in interior decoration than collecting ... what's the way to prevent them joining in other than remembering names oh another ... is it possible to ace a level when the other players get zapped along the way and another ... if you use dlc on your sackbot will it be seen by other online users if they don't own that dlc ? cheerz | 2011-02-13 17:30:00 Author: Unknown User  |
| No matter what player collects the prize bubbles, all players will receive the items, unless they already collected them beforehand. Also, all players must Ace a level together to ace it, hence why it's usually easier to ace them alone, or just get everyone else to turn off their controllers and let the best person do the whole level for everyone. Sackbots can use DLC and others will still see it, as I played a Ratchet & Clank style level a week ago and I don't have the Ratchet & Clank costumes. It's the same as you can play levels containing DLC you don't own. It just means you can't use any items collected containing that DLC.  | 2011-02-13 17:42:00 Author: Moonface  Posts: 310 |
