if so i would like to convert rar files to mp3, But mu laptop is down. And i was wanting to know if some kind person would convert the rar file that i send them and they convert it to mp3 and send mp3 links to my email.?

http://www.rarlab.com/ You don't convert them you unpack them, .rar is a compressed file like .zip.
