Incorrect, non_Mm employess CAN host official crown contests, under special circumstances of course. But yes, I do agree, this thread seem suspicious as soon as I saw it, considering there's not much detail to it other than "Make tank, we judge." Sounds more like a scam for them to take the contestant's tanks for their own levels.
