Yeah, I was just wondering, has anyone figured out exactly how your ranking bar thingy calculates whether to go up or down or whatever? I'm not asking about the graph at the start once you finish the level, but the red bar thing. I'm not sure if it goes up or down based on how high your score was, or how high your score was in relation to the people you played with. Does anyone have any answers or has nobody really experiemented yet? I ask because I'm working on a competitive level that utilizes level links, and I'm not sure if I should take players to the scoreboard after the game is finished, or if I should allow them to pick another course/setting/vehicle/whatever else without having to leave/restart the level. If the bar fills up based on the total score, I'll be less likely to allow players to have any more than one match per play.

It just goes up every time you win. If you have played and won more than the rest you will be number 1.
