Ok, it seems you have a good grasp on the basics, and you did a good job for your first level!

It could be much more fun if you enhance certain things.

First off, try and add more detail, maybe objects that act on their own, like a cake making machine or something, and similar things, so that it livens the level up a bit.

Second, make sure everything is clearly explained, you wouldn't believe how stupid some of the people are who will play your level (not anyone on LBP Central, but on LBP in general!) So sing post EVERYTHING until it is 100% clear how to get through each challenge. It took me several times to figure out the controls for the sliding thing on the piston in the glass box, but if it had controls stickered next to it, it would have been much more fluid. Another point about this part, you have the controls inverted for left and right, to fix this, take a microchip, add a direction splitter and next to it a direction combiner, and then between them reverse the positive and negative points (Splitter + to Combiner -, and Splitter - to Combiner +), then insert it between your original connection from the controlinator to the object to make it normal. You should also make it so that the up and down of the piston is controlled by the right stick, meaning its harder to accidentally move the wrong direction.

Another problem was that this challenge had the arrows to show where to put the piston, but it would often move off and deactivate the ferris wheel, you should make it take one hit (use a counter for multiple hits or an impact sensor for single hit) and define the point of impact more too so it is clearer.

Going back a bit, if i were you id make the tilting batten burg chunks at the beginning tilt slower or grabbable, because it was just annoying rather than challenging.

Finally, you should adjust the rocket on the back of the car so it doesnt overbalance it, because i ended up getting flipped upside down after the boost and not being able to exit the controlinator.

I hope you don't take offence to my criticism, all in all it was a good level for your first, you just need to focus on ironing out glitches, and balancing challenges, as well as including more detail, and your levels will improve the more you make!

If you have the time, please take a look at my mini-game, link in my sig.

hi thanks alot for taking the time to write that, i intended for the controls to be inverted to make it a bit harder but i didnt know how to say that they were.

also the rocket i tried everything to stop it being overbalanced but i couldnt think of anything, do you know anything that would work on it please?
thanks again

Trust me, you dont want to intentionally make challenges like that harder, most people will give up if they cant do it first time and down rate your level!

I would either put a bit of grabbable material at the front (maybe some metal with a material tweaker to make it grabbable on) or reduce the size of the rocket.
