Is there any way to make it so a Randomizer is more likely to activate another output more than another?

Proper use of Or Gates should do the trick. Say you have 2 things you want to activate with the randomizer. Have your randomizer with 3 output wires. 2 Go into an or gate and go to the option you want with a higher % of output. 1 into the other option. You should now have the desired function.
