I am aware of how to transition between cameras on a single sequencer, by placing one below the other and offsetting them slightly. But is there a good way of transitioning (fade, pan, etc) between cameras on two separate sequencers? For example: Sequencer #1 ends with a movie camera shot. Sequencer #2 begins with a movie camera shot. I'd like to put a fade transition effect between both cameras. The method I'm using currently is to insert my own custom fade to black by using a cardboard cut-out plastered with a black sticker. It's not perfect and it needlessly complicates my boards.

Overlap the cameras on the sequencer, the area of of overlap is the transition.

As far as I know, cameras can not be made to overlap between two sequencers, unless I'm missing something?
