Help with player model following controllinator... no as easy as it sounds

So I built this large device made of two glass shapes. It works perfectly for the precise platforming I needed, but the problem is that it's big and physical, and I only need one portion of it to work as the player/hitbox.

How do I remotely hide this behemoth behind the scenes without taking up physical space on my level but still be able to have the player model mimic its movement?

Ahhhh I don't think it's possible. Because the glass still has to respond from the player getting impacted by platforms.

Sorry I know this doesn't make much sense. If you're someone who really knows what they're doing then I'll send you an invite to jump into my work in progress.
