Just wondering, I've seen some pretty awesome creatinators online, so how do people make them like that? I've tried putting stickers on them and that seems to work, but I don't know how to get stickers on the other side and how to put stuff like spikes on them.

Press R1 or L1 while decorating your powerup once it has zoomed in and stayed still. To put stuff like spikes on them, those are decorations(source?).
