Ok I had it so 4 people were grappled together. Why didn't I get the trophy??!!??

Ok I had it so 4 people were grappled together. Why didn't I get the trophy??!!?? As long as each player grapples the next one in line (you can't all grapple the same player) you should get it. i.e. player 1 grapples player 2, who grapples player 3, who grapples player 4. It's possible that player 4 has to be grappling an object in the level at the same time.
